We operate this site for the purpose of facilitating training course bookings by indviduals and corporates. By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. Get Licensed holds data on: prospective, current and former students; prospective, current and former staff; other business and academic contacts; and other individuals interested in our training courses.

This personal data is held in a variety of formats, video, digital and paper.

The processing of personal data is subject to the rules laid down under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal data will be used only for proper purposes that are considered by us to be for your benefit.

For students this will include (but not be restricted to) monitoring performance, statistical reporting, awarding qualifications and the provision of general academic and business services.

For staff this will include (but not be restricted to) the conduct of normal business management and employment matters.

For other individuals this will include (but not be restricted to) the normal conduct of academic and business relationships.

The protection of your personal data will be governed by the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Access to your data will be restricted to those personnel to whom it is necessary for proper purposes.

Get Licensed will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties where this is for proper purposes related to academic and business matters, for example where this is required by professional bodies or where it is necessary for the delivery of services by third parties to you.

The Principles of Data Protection

For students, it is a condition of acceptance onto our courses that you consent to the processing your personal data. By enrolling, you signify your agreement.

For staff, it is a condition of employment that you consent to the processing your personal data. By applying you signify your agreement.

For other individuals, we may gather your data during the course of normal academic and business activities. It will be used only for legitimate interests.

You have the right to know what personal data Get Licensed holds about you and for this to be correct.

VALIDITY OF PROVISIONS AND REMEDIES

Each provision of these conditions is severable. If any provision is or becomes invalid or contravenes applicable regulations then the remaining provisions will not be affected.

REMEDIES

Our rights and remedies under these conditions are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law or contract.

WAIVER

No waiver by us of any breach of these conditions shall constitute a waiver of any other breach. No failure by us to exercise any remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to exercise that or any other remedy.

LINKS TO THE SITE

Websites or pages to which this site is linked (other than other websites operated by us) are for information only and have not been reviewed by us. We have no responsibility for the content of such websites or pages and accept no liability for any losses whatsoever that may be incurred as a result of any linking to the same.
