For individuals who are looking to advance their skills in Conflict Management
This course is designed to provide qualified trainers with the skills and knowledge required to deliver Conflict Management training to security staff, in accordance with the requirements of the SIA for the purposes of licensing.
Delegates are required to hold a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (e.g. the City and Guilds 7302 certificate) before they can be accepted onto this course. For a list of all the acceptable qualifications, please visit the SIA website: www.the-sia.org.uk.
The course will be delivered over three consecutive days,culminating in a 40 question multiple-choice test.
