The best way to make a course cheap is to fill a classroom with a 100 people and have one SIA trainer. Learners benefit by paying a very small fee, after all we all like saving money. This method saves you money but  the quality of information provided declines, trainer and learner engaement becomes non -existent. The training session becomes boring because of lack of interaction and activities. We decided against this method of training and only invite between 15 - 20 learners in a SIA course, and charge a little bit more. 

It is vital to have sector competent trainers, who can share their stories and pass on their knowledge.

One other way of reducing cost of training is to hire trainers with none or very little experience. Little knowledge can be dangerous, and we believe trainers must have extensive experience before they enter into teaching industry. At Get Licensed all our trainers have a vast experience in the security industry  and provide realistic training, in addition to that they receive on going training, and are observed regularly whilst training to develop their skills further. We believe excellence is a journey, not a destination.

A photocopied outdated handout costs a lot less than a full colour work book and a CD. We believe it is vital that learners receive the most up to date training material which can be used during as well as after course as a reference book.

We have a team of 10 people who man our telephone lines, and respond to emails promptly. We do not like complaints, and try our best to resolve problems as soon as we can. All our staff receive on going training in customer services and quality assurance.
