The winners were finalised this week, and four deserving women have been awarded free security training as part of the company\u2019s mission to promote gender diversity and equal opportunity in the security industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.get-licensed.co.uk\/free-training-for-women\">Free Security Training for Women<\/a>\u201d initiative, Get Licensed is removing financial and social barriers for women looking to enter the security sector. This year\u2019s winners \u2013 <em>Ramala K, Danuta K, Demi F, and Niquae D <\/em>\u2013 were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/get-licensed_women-in-security-scholarship-winners-activity-7322568464722808832-LETg?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop&amp;rcm=ACoAACYKym0Bj2H-1fHrWrK9BirCuBt4NiXvTWc\">announced on April 28th<\/a>. Following the announcement, they are set to receive fully funded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.get-licensed.co.uk\/security\">SIA-approved training courses<\/a>, complete coverage of their licence fees, and dedicated career support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cSecurity is a career that offers flexibility, career growth, and empowerment,\u201d<\/em> said Shahzad Ali, Founder and CEO at Get Licensed. <em>\u201cWe\u2019re committed to making that accessible to everyone, and that starts with women who are often underrepresented in this space.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SIA training scholarship programme is part of a wider campaign by Get Licensed to address gender inequality in the security workforce, where women currently make up just a small fraction of licensed professionals. The initiative helps open doors for women by eliminating financial hurdles.
