So, with that in mind, here are <strong>4 new year resolution Ideas for Door Supervisors and how to achieve them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-get-in-shape-and-lose-weight\">1. Get in shape and lose weight<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This resolution may seem pretty clich\u00e9, but being fit and healthy is vital for any active Door Supervisor. Being constantly on your feet and having to run in a moment\u2019s notice to stop a fight or dispute, so it is important to have the stamina and fitness needed to be nimble and agile. Switching to a healthier diet can be incredibly tricky when we are surrounded by cheap junk food, especially if you are a Door Supervisor finishing at 3am with only greasy kebab shops open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, with a good amount of determination and some basic tips you can slowly develop healthier eating habits. So, try and make 2024 the year you swap that McFlurry for a Caesar salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-become-more-confident\">2. Become more confident<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Having confidence is not only essential, it is necessary to be an efficient Door Supervisor. If you are confident other people notice it, including work colleagues and members of the public. Get more quality sleep<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Working antisocial hours is not good for a balanced and healthy sleeping routine. Ideally, you should be aiming to achieve at least 8 hours sleep, even if is during the day after an early morning finish. Nothing is worse then feeling sleepy while on the job, especially when checking ID and following security protocols.
