We are currently looking to recruit Experienced Door Supervisor's to work within our established teams at Watford FC, Brentford FC, Westham FC, Tottenham FC and CPFC for the 2022 season. 

We also have other work at a variety of Venues and Events including but not limited to Stadiums, Concerts, Private Members Clubs, Night Clubs, Bars, Restaurants. We are an established organization within the Events & Security industry. 

JAR Site Solutions Limited is an Approved SIA Security Contractor specializing in Security Manned Guarding and Events including traffic marshalling, security & stewarding, and special high profile events., with a wide range of day, evening and weekend work available, which is all requested and booked through our App, allowing you to request work and update details from wherever you are, 24 hours a day!

Job Purpose

The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees. 

Job Overview

 As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• You will be stationed at the building's entrance, screening visitors for suitability. 
• Ensure the visitor is not under the age of 18 or in possession of any dangerous substances or things, such as drugs or weapons
• Controlling entry and exit route
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
• Crowd control
• Supervising customer arrivals
• Carrying out ID checks
• Screening and searching for individuals

Requirements 

• A valid SIA license - Door Supervisor License 
• Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be reliable and confident
• Ability to tackle emergency situations 
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
