My role is to Patrol platforms / premises, respond to incidents and alarms, prepare reports, and ensured safety of customers and properties in the railway facility. I manage the gateline and attend to lost properties.

My duties included to Manage front-desk security, access control, ID checks, and visitor support while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Attended to customer enquiries, personnel management, recorded stock, supervised safety compliance.
