The course will also cover COSHH regulations and best practice when controlling substances that are hazardous to health. At the end of this course, you will know how to deal with an accident, have the confidence to act in an emergency, and be able to keep your colleagues safe.

By the end of this course the candidate will have an understanding of health and safety legislation and definitions of common terms associated with health and safety. This is followed up with some statistics outlining the most common causes of accidents in the workplace.
