Mobile Response Officer

Full-time, Permanent: Rota of 12-hour shifts based on 4 on 4 off rotation.

Must have a full current manual driving licence.

Salary: £11.05. This hourly rate will be rising in April to £11.44

The Role

This is an exciting time to be joining us – over the last 3 years we have doubled in size and have an ambitious growth plan to grow by another 250% in the next 5 years. Based out of our Head Office in Camberley, you will be provided full training as well as uniform, a mobile phone, and a Mobile Response vehicle whilst on duty.

This role includes working on a rota of 12-hour day shifts as a first responder. The shift pattern comprises of 4 days on and 4 days off and the shift times are 07:00-19:00. You will be supported by our in-house Response Centre team. We will provide ongoing training throughout the role.

Your duties will include:

· Completing scheduled external and internal mobile patrols

· Completing scheduled client lock and unlock tasks

· Ensuring all alarm activation requests are dealt with to completion

· Ensuring all service partner apps and portals are completed correctly

· Ensure our own reporting portal is completed correctly

· Completing Ad hoc requests from clients and service partners

The successful candidate will:

· Hold an SIA Licence.

· Hold a full Manual Driving Licence.

· Have excellent communication skills with the ability remain calm, polite, and courteous always.

· Have a passion for service and act as an ambassador for the company with our clients.

· Be reliable, punctual, and flexible with lots of common sense and a good team player.

· Have an eye for detail and able to follow standard operating procedures.

· Have an unquestionable level of integrity and confidentiality.

· Be comfortable using mobile applications.

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (preferred)
