Description

Operations Support: to assist in supporting the security operations  team to develop and grow the business. 

We are searching for a SIA Door Supervisor  to join our ever expanding business within the
Security and Hospitality industry here at DIMA Group Services.

We have been established since 2018 and have rapidly grown in the last four years. We
have an excellent core team based in our Head Office in Dunfermline, Scotland  and are now looking
for someone to support our operations team. 

The ideal candidate will have experience within
a similar role, or in a role where your skills are transferable (recruitment or military are ideal).
We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual who can work well under pressure as
well as be proactive and recognise any issues and put contingencies in place to pre-empt
them.

Roles and Responsibilities 

● To support in the management of the weekly staff rotas and confirm with staff and
clients
● Communicate effectively with all departments within DIMA
● Follow all internal processes as well as adhering to industry standards

● Weekly checks on valid VISAs and ensuring weekly working hourly limitations are
not exceeded
● Staff Management: ensuring you are managing the workforce correctly through
DIMA processes.
● Monitoring of staff uniform sign out.
● Taking monthly inventory of uniform and organising uniform orders
● Writing incident statements and accident reports immediately and sending to head
office
● Communicating DIMA processes with staff to ensure all are following procedures
correctly
● Ensuring any changes to the rotation of staff is updated on the rota immediately in
order for payroll to invoice and pay staff accordingly.
● Communicating effectively with clients. Ensuring regular contact regarding staff
rotas, lateness, changes etc are passed on verbally and followed up in written
communication.
● Building professional relationships with all DIMA clients with regular, monthly visits
to conduct client reviews.
● Building trust and excellent communication lines with all our clients
● Ensuring all clients have a site folder as well as regularly replenished paperwork
within that folder
● Weekly checks of all client requirements through planning and organising properly
as well as communication with the client over the phone
● Communication with the operations team members
● Dealing with client and staff enquiries.

● You will be a self motivated individual and extremely well organised. Having
excellent communication skills is essential as well as the ability to carry out
administration tasks properly and follow processes correctly.

● Being able to problem solve is a must as well as being reactive and proactive.
● The ability to anticipate problems before they arise and follow contingency plans in
place. You must be able to prioritise properly and multitask. You must be able to
communicate with all departments adhering to procedures and processes.
● You will be an excellent timekeeper and be able to manage your workload

Essential 

● SIA Licence
● Driver's licence and own vehicle 
● Must be available at weekends
● Right to work in the UK
● Experience within a similar role or have a recruitment or military background
where you have transferable skills.
