As a SIA Door Supervisor for DIMA Group Services you will play an integral role in ensuring that DIMA and our clients' high standards, safety and customer service are delivered at all times to  clients, colleagues, and venue clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible to: Your areas Operations Manager

Main SIA Door Supervision Duties Required  

• Undertake regular patrols of the venue as instructed by management
• Carry out ID checks 
• Carry out duties in accordance with assignment Instructions within the DIMA site file for each venue
• You will be required to wear the correct DIMA uniform
• Ensure that all incidents are reported and logged in the incident log
• Ensure that the venue is a safe place for visitors
• Assist with enquiries from the public and clients
• Be aware of hostile situations and act on any unusual activity immediately
• Sign in and out of each venue and make sure it is signed by management is mandatory
• Attend and undertake all training as specified by DIMA group services (You will be required to attend a DIMA SIA Induction within your DIMA trial period)

Applicant Must :

• Must be comfortable working in Licenced premises to meet our clients needs 
• Be available to work weekends 
• Flexibility to move venues if asked to support the needs of the business and clients 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with strong customer service skills, able to provide a helpful and polite service, by telephone, email and in person.
• Pleasant manner and efficiency in relaying messages and taking instructions.
• Provide a friendly welcome to every customer when covering ‘door’ duties
• Act as a brand ambassador for DIMA 

Essential

• Due to the venue location, you will need to hold a  valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle. 
• Applicant must hold a valid SIA Security Licence In order to comply with the Security Industry Act 2001, 
• Must be able to Supply 5 years work history 
• Right to work ( If this applies to you)
• To cooperate with our vetting team to get you through the BS7858 vetting standard 
• Punctuality & Reliability

• 1-2 Years Door supervision Experience 

Pay 

• Paid weekly
