Mobile Patrol / Keyholding Response Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Response Officer to join our dedicated team!

We are looking for proactive and practical applicants to promptly respond to alarms and emergency calls, ensuring rapid on-site deployment to assess and address potential security threats.

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity, identify security breaches, and promptly respond to incidents. Lock and unlock a variety of locations with differing requirements.

This is not a static officer role. Every shift is different.

You will be working in London and dispatched wherever the action takes you. Driving is an important part of the role so you must be confident on the road and some navigation knowledge would be desirable. You will be working inside and outside in all-weather on foot and in our vehicles.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may involve walking, standing, and responding to emergencies is essential.

We are looking for excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.

You will need a valid frontline SIA (Security Industry Authority) license and a full UK manual driving licence.

Proven experience in a similar role is desirable.

You will be working night shifts on a 4 shifts on and 4 off pattern.

12 hours per shift usually 19:00 – 07:00.

A 5-year checkable work/background history will need to be completed for screening purposes.

We will provide induction training and ongoing training. Company car & fuel card to use whilst at work. Uniform, tools, and equipment. Contracted PAYE employment with pension, holiday pay and sick pay.
