Door Supervisor - QSR - York

As the Door Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees through effective management of the DS team.

You will need to be an experienced Door Supervisors at a fast food venues in YORK area, making sure they carry out all tasks relating to the security of the venue, customers and employees.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain order on the premises 
• Deal with and manage difficult conflict situations 
• Report and record details of incidents, searches and patrols 
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed at all times 
• Crowd control 
• Ensure the safety and security of the venue, staff and visitors 
• Supervising customer arrivals and departures 

Requirements 

• Must own a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence 
• Have at least 3 years experience of security work 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be physically fit and able to cope with the demands of the role. 
• Ability to lead and motivate security staff  
• Ability to act quickly and respond to emergency situations
