Introduction:

The Black Friday Refund Draw (the “Campaign”) is organised by Get Licensed Ltd (“Get Licensed”).

Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are UK residents.

To be eligible, participants must book any SIA training course with a Gold or Platinum Package sold by Get Licensed.

The promo code BFGOLD must be applied at checkout at the time of booking.

Corporate or employer-funded bookings made through business/employer portals are not eligible.

Bookings that are cancelled, partially refunded, or downgraded before the draw takes place will be disqualified.

Employees of Get Licensed and anyone professionally connected with the Campaign are not eligible.

How to Enter:

Each eligible booking completed during the promotional period counts as one entry into the Black Friday Refund Draw.

Participants may enter multiple times; each entry must be a separate eligible booking.

Bookings made without the promo code BFGOLD will not be entered.

Entries associated with incomplete, cancelled, downgraded, or invalid bookings will not be entered.

Promotional Period:

The Campaign runs from 00:00 on 28 November 2025 until 23:59 on 30 November 2025 (UK time).

Bookings made outside this period will not qualify for entry.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotional period ends.

The draw will be conducted by Get Licensed. All decisions are final.

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking (email, SMS and/or phone).

Winners must confirm acceptance within 5 working days of being notified. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

Winners may be publicly announced using their first name, last initial, and general location (e.g., “Sam R., Birmingham”).

Additional participation in marketing assets will only occur with the winner’s explicit consent.

Prize:

Each winner will receive a refund of the amount paid for their eligible Gold or Platinum Package.

The refund applies to the course package fee only. Other costs such as travel, accommodation, resits, or extras are excluded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

If instalment or finance options were used, the refund will be sent to the provider, and they will adjust remaining payments in line with their terms.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Refund Processing:

Once acceptance is confirmed, Get Licensed will process the refund within 5 to 10 working days.

Banking or payment provider timelines may vary.

Data Protection:

Personal data will be processed according to UK GDPR and Get Licensed’s Privacy Policy.

Data will be used for administering the Campaign, contacting winners, and limited winner announcements as stated.

Data will not be shared with unrelated third parties.

General Conditions:

Get Licensed may amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign due to circumstances beyond its control.

Get Licensed is not responsible for technical or payment issues preventing valid entry.

All Get Licensed standard booking terms and conditions apply.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Lucky Draw is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Entry Criteria:

Only one entry per person is allowed. In case of multiple entries, the 1st entry will be considered.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be notified by email or phone call within 24 hours. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 working days, Get Licensed reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prizes:

The prize is non-transferable and no other alternatives will be offered. Any applicable taxes or duties on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
