SIA Job Opportunities in Edinburgh
There are lots of opportunities in Edinburgh for trained security personnel. Edinburgh has a thriving pub and club scene. During the daytime, security is needed in several government buildings such as the Law Courts, University, and Job Centres.
Edinburgh airport is a significant employer of security guards. Edinburgh zoo also requires door personnel, and Scotland is renowned for the sheer number of golf courses. Tournaments and events also call for ad hoc need for security.
