Results will be sent to you within 24 hours. Once the results are announced, you will be notified via

Get Licensed offers nationwide NCPLH/APLH training starting from £99.99, which includes all training
materials and the examination cost.
After passing your APLH course, you will have to contact your local council to apply for your licence.
A Personal Licence application at present costs £37.00. You will also need to pay for a criminal
records check. If you do this online via Disclosure Scotland it will cost £22.00
All personal licences issued after the 1st of April 2015 run indefinitely unless cancelled, forfeited
or surrendered.
In a virtual course, an experienced trainer teaches all the course modules through a video conference
at a set time, but in a self-paced course, we provide you all the course materials to finish at your
own time.
If you have selected an exam only
location it is mandatory for you to complete the e-learning. Details of this can be found in the
joining instructions email sent once booked.
As we use a number of trainining providers depending on your location and training course, information
regarding your training provider is available at time of booking or by viewing the joining
instructions once booked.
When you book and pay, we hold your funds securely, until after your course date. The provider of the
class(es) will receive your payment directly from us 1 week after this date. This protects both us and
you from providers who might set up pretending to provide classes that don't exist and so keep us both
safe from fraud.
You are booking with the provider of the courses or class that want to attend, not with Get Licensed.
Get Licensed Marketplace is simply the booking platform - we provide the technology and the payment
processing that allows you to book online, but the provider of the course or class is who you are
booking with. They are responsible for the delivery of the class, not Get Licensed, and your contract
is with the provider of the class, not Get Licensed
Since all bookings are taken using Get Licensed secure booking and payment system, the name that will
appear on your statement will be Get Licensed/EFS, rather than that of the provider of the class.
To apply for a personal licence to sell alcohol, you must hold an alcohol licensing qualification, for
example, a level 2 award for personal licence holders.
A designated premises supervisor (DPS) is the official title of a personal licence holder of a venue.
A DPS does not need to be at the venue at all times but must be easy to contact by licensing
authorities and staff.
