"Wonderful experience being trained by Ben McCarty. He knows his job very well. Give us the trainees opportunities to express ourselves, ask questions and respond to them accordingly. But he is sometimes too fast with words that some of us who are not English native speakers sometimes find it a little difficult to follow along. But he’s a great trainer."

Completed the DS Top up course with Get licensed and passed. Adame who trained us was great, very professional and down to earth guy. Even though he’s had various jobs and years of experience in security he just treats you like a equal, no better than anyone attitude which is good. Professional training by trainers who WANT you to pass not a back street company. Will be definitely back again for further training. Thank you.

Yes, you can choose any training centre offering your desired course as long as seats are available.

While the cost for each SIA training course varies, you can expect to spend between £190 and £300 for Security Guard training and Door Supervisor training. The training cost does not include the SIA licence application fee (£184).

While the duration may vary, most SIA training courses can be completed within 3-6 days. Some courses, such as the Close Protection course, take longer (16-19 days).

We have over 85 SIA training centres based all across the country, including in London, Manchester, and Birmingham. Simply browse through our listings to find the nearest centre near you and book an SIA training course near you.

Yes, Get Licensed has a flexible booking process and facilitates rescheduling to make it easier for students to switch to a more convenient day or venue. The rescheduling fee is £170 if you’ve booked the Bronze package. For Gold and Platinum customers, rescheduling is free if you do it 72 hours before the course starts.
