At one of our venues, a guest appeared unsteady, and many might have assumed he was drunk. Anabela, however, trusted her instincts. She cleared the area, called 999, and stayed with him until help arrived. It turned out he was having a brain haemorrhage and had a tumour. Where others saw a drunk customer, Anabela saw a person in urgent need. Her quick thinking saved a life. She embodies vigilance, humanity, and care, the values we stand for.
