About Door Supervisor Training Course in Oxford City

Getting To Your Training Venue In Oxford City

By Train
Oxford Station - Oxford station, Park End Street Oxford OX1 1HS

You can get to Oxford Station by using Cross Country Railways, Great Western Railways and Chiltern Railways (via Oxford Parkway Station.)

The buses run frequently but you will have to walk around 8 mins to get to the bus stop from the station then another 20 -35 mins to get to the venue.

 

By Taxi 
There is a black cab taxi rank outside Oxford station or you could pre-book your journey with 001 Taxis -

It takes around 15-20 mins to the venue and costs approx £15.

If travelling to Oxford Parkway station (Stop D), there is no taxi rank at this stop. But you can pre-book with either of the above taxis firms. It is a 5-minute journey to the venue at a cost of around £6.

 

By Car
Driving to Oxford is straightforward using the M1, M6, M5 and M40 onto either the A34 or A40. The Jurys Inn is easy to get to by car, and there is space for 250 cars at the venue, if full there are several car parks within walking distance.

Oxford also has several park and rides that allow you to avoid city centre driving, which can get very congested. 

The Pear Tree Park & Ride is only a 3-munute drive from the hotel and will take you to & from the city centre in about 20 mins. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel to and from the centre.
