Campaign Overview:

• The SIA Licence Wall Giveaway is a monthly campaign by Get Licensed.
• Lucky winners are selected at the end of each calendar month.
• Each winner receives £204 – the cost of an SIA licence application.

Eligibility:

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must hold a valid SIA licence at the time of entry.
• Entrants must have enrolled in and completed an SIA course with Get Licensed.
• One entry per person per giveaway cycle.
• Duplicate entries or entries from previous winners will be disqualified.

How It Works:

• Submit a photo of yourself holding your valid SIA licence using the official form.
• Photos must clearly show your face and badge (details will be blurred before publishing).
• Winners are chosen at random from eligible submissions at the end of each month.
• Winners will be notified via email and announced publicly via Get Licensed’s social media and website.

Photo Guidelines and Moderation:

• Photos must be original, clear, and unedited (no filters, text, or watermarks).
• JPEG or PNG format only.
• Entries may be moderated. Any image deemed offensive, unclear, irrelevant, fraudulent, or in breach of the campaign rules will be rejected.
• By submitting, you confirm you are the person in the image and the legal holder of the SIA licence shown.

Verification:

• Get Licensed reserves the right to verify the identity and SIA licence status of any entrant or winner.
• Winners may be asked to provide additional identification or proof of licence before a prize is issued.

Prize Fulfilment:

• Each winner receives £204 via bank transfer only.
• Payment will be made within 14 business days of confirming winner details.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative rewards or cash equivalents.
• In the event of unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
• Winners will be required to record a video talking about the lucky draw and their win, and share it on their social media accounts.

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be contacted via email using the details submitted with their entry.
• If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Publicity and Use of Submitted Content:

• By entering, participants grant Get Licensed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display their submitted photo, first name, and city across Get Licensed's website, social channels, and promotional content.
• No other personal data will be published.

Data Protection and Privacy:

• All personal data is processed in line with UK GDPR regulations and Get Licensed’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will only be used for the administration of this giveaway and marketing purposes where explicit consent is provided.
• Any sensitive details on the SIA licence (such as name, signature, and QR code) will be automatically blurred before the image is published on the website or social media.

Limitation of Liability:

• Get Licensed accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, internet failure, or any other reason outside its control.
• Get Licensed is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this campaign or acceptance of the prize.

Changes and Cancellation:

• Get Licensed reserves the right to amend, pause, or cancel the campaign or these terms at any time without prior notice.
