Lovely delivery of the course, with a nice chap as an instructor. Everything was clear and concise, with plenty of help, if required. A bit tough as a lot of material is compressed in only two days and there's a lot to assimilate but as said before, plenty help will be given, if necessary. The centre is located in Chigwell, IG88AE. First day trainer is Michael Ebanks, and for the second day another trainer/assessor was brought in, Jamie, another lovely chap. Highly recommend the place.

The course was ran by a knowledgeable instructor who stuck to the course content even though he was continually asked about what if this does not work! Was delivered at a good pace and by an instructor who made the course enjoyable. The one thing I would say which would improve the course is the use of tablets for some of the other candidates as a lot struggled with setting up their mobiles to take the exams. The tablets would cut down on waiting times, take some stress away as well as be a really helpful tool.

He ran us through all the theoretical side of things, and then showed us the physicals - he walked us through it slowly at a pace that we could all obtain the chance to catch up, and delivered a terrific experience on behalf of Get Licensed. A 5 star course, This was my first top up and f/aid course. Rob was a brilliant teacher, he made the 2 day course informative and fun. I was nervous and apprehensive about the classroom environment but was put at ease with the techniques used. I was able to enjoy and hopefully pass.
