Bricklayer
Specialising in building structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials, it's safe to say a bricklayer is a very skilled tradesperson. Bricklayers work on a wide range of projects, like building walls, chimneys and even fireplaces. They also must have a good understanding of all of the building codes and safety regulations associated with buildings as well as be able to read and understand blue prints and construction plans. Working in the UK, bricklayers must be able to work outside and handle different weather conditions. It is the UK afterall… Bricklayers should also have good physical strength and have good attention to detail, to ensure that structures are strong and stable. Wages vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and specific job duties.
